  1. American Red Cross Preparedness Presentation: "The Pillowcase Project"

    Learn. Practice. Share. For students in Grades 5 and up. Sign up is required! Student MUST stay the entire 60 minutes. Each student will receive: - A Workbook - A Pillowcase to Decorate - A Fabric Marker Program Goals: - Help students become familiar with the types of disasters that affect our local area including: thunderstorms, tornadoes, fires, and floods. -Inform students/families about the importance of creating a disaster preparedness kit and plan.
