The Planning Board pursuant to state law is responsible for the preparation of the Township's Master Plan; reexamine the mast plan and development regulations at least every six years; and review site plans and subdivisions.

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on February 28, 2023 at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held in person, as part of the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Written comments on the proposed application may be directed to Don Travisano, Township Administrator, email@example.com, and 1976 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083.
PROJECT SCOPE: The Township of Union proposes to create the following new facilities at Bill Kolb Park: walking trail, dog park, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, pickle ball court, bocce court, walking trail, and playground. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact report.
