The Township of Union Recreation Department continues their “Movies Under the Stars” with a 2nd movie segment to be held on Friday, September 20th at 7:00pm at Rabkin Park, 1 Swanstrom Pl E, Union, NJ.
The live-action movie Aladdin is a PG movie about a kind-hearted street urchin Aladdin who vies for the love of the beautiful Jasmine, the princess of Agrabah. When he finds a magic lamp, he uses a genie's magic power to make himself a prince in order to marry her. He is also on a mission to stop the power-hungry Grand Vizier Jafar who plots to steal the magic lamp that could make his deepest wishes come true.
Starting at 5:30pm, there will be pre-entertainment such as a photo booth, live music by DJ J. Estelle, face painting and a sand art craft. Goodie bags will be provided for children on a first-come first-served basis.
Movies under the Stars are open to the public and are free of charge to attend. Blankets, magic carpets, and chairs are welcomed. Food is available for purchase from the Rams concession stand.
