[ARCHIVED] IMPORTANT: COVID-19 & New Jersey Businesses

COVID 19 and our local businesses

Restaurants and bars can accept dine-in customers until 8 p.m. Monday. But after that, they will be limited to offering takeout and delivery. Dining in will not be allowed for the foreseeable future.

The Governor also ordered performing arts centers, night clubs, racetracks, fitness centers, and classes in New Jersey to close indefinitely at 8 p.m. Monday.

In addition, non-essential retail and entertainment businesses in the state must close at 8 p.m. every day beginning Monday. They may remain open during daytime hours each day, as long as they keep their occupancy to 50 people and adhere to “social distancing” guidelines.

Supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, medical offices, and gas stations can remain open at their normal hours.

If you have any questions, call Union Center Special Improvement District Director Fatimah Raymond at 908.851.5466.
