Show Mom how much she means to you this Mother’s day by submitting a pre-recorded greeting to Union TV34 for their Mother’s Day Segment.

“As a mother with children in the Township of Union public schools, I know this is a segment that I look forward to every year, as do so many other parents,” said Deputy Mayor Suzette Cavadas.

The Mother’s Day Greeting segment started in 2006 when Union TV34 ventured into Union’s elementary schools to capture 2nd grade students’ warm greetings to the women that mean the most. This year, the program has been opened to children of all ages, and the option to upload your own greeting has been added.

Video submissions are open to residents of Union only.

The greetings will run on a loop all day on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8th, 2016.

Videos should be filmed horizontally, not be more than 10 second long, and must be submitted by May 2nd.

Submissions can be uploaded online at http://nj-uniontownship.civicplus.com/634/Mothers-Day-Greeting.

For additional information on the Mother’s Day Greeting segment, please contact Natalie DaSilva at 908-851-5465 or via email at ndasilva@uniontownship.com.
