[ARCHIVED] Shop local and win big at Union Center’s Jazz Thursday at the Union Farmers Market

The Union Special Improvement District (S.I.D.) is proud to announce their “Jazz Thursdays at the Union Farmers Market” taking place in the front parking lot at Town Hall from June 22nd to September 28th. In connection with these events, the SID invites you to enjoy a flavor-filled journey by taking part in their “Passport to a Culinary Adventure” program with participating local downtown eateries.

“At every Jazz Thursdays event, the SID will be set up to welcome you and to register you to participate in the Passport for a Culinary Adventure Passport,” said S.I.D. Director Fatimah Raymond. “This passport allows you to take a culinary journey to your favorite eateries and enjoy culturally diverse food right here in our Center and win big by getting your passport booklet stamp to be entered into a drawing for a grand prize.”

The culinary passport stamp requires a purchase of $5 or more with participating merchants. Passports must be brought back by Thursday, Sept. 28th at the Jazz Thursday event to be eligible to enter into the prize drawing.

“It’s great to see the Center come alive with jazz and see our bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants so excited to participate in this event,” stated SID President Joe Leo. Over 20 merchants are participating in the Culinary Passport program.
