Earlier this week members of the Committee of the Township of Union joined Albano Seabra for the ribbon-cutting for his new, mixed use development located 1255 Stuyvesant Ave. The project was one of the first projects launched late last year intended to help revitalize Union Center. The new development features 30 residential units and 10,000 square feet of retail space. Already confirmed to be going into one of the storefronts is café café, a café/bakery also very popular in the City of Newark.
