Recently added to the Union Center SID's Union VIP Card Program, Norma's Flowers, a premier family owned shop, is the latest Center merchant to take advantage of the program benefits.
The Union VIP Card (similar to a reward card) is made available to all township residents. Upon enrolling in the program, residents may use the card and accumulate property tax credits every time they shop at local participating business. Credits are provided by the merchants.
