Magic Fountain Union Creamery is set to celebrate their 35th Anniversary with an afternoon of fun and ice cream on Saturday, May 11th from 12pm to 2pm. Built in 1983 by the Gabriele family, Magic Fountain has been a staple in the Township of Union and Union Center for years. In 2016, the Peraza family took over the ice cream parlor with a mission to continue making ice cream and Italian ice with same old fashion technique but adding new flavors along the way.
“We’re excited to have the community and our patrons help us celebrate 35 years of great business here,” said Ruben Peraza, Magic Fountain Owner. “This is also a great way to begin kicking off our season. Nothing says summer like ice cream.”
Highlights of the anniversary celebration are set in include; a birthday cake made by Union Center merchant Conca D’Oro Bakery, a balloon artist sponsored by the Union Center SID and food by Glendale’s Pizza. All activities are free and take place at Magic Fountain, located at 1081 Stuyvesant Avenue Union, NJ 07083.
